Build to Last or Build to Flip or both - that's the question?"

Exit planning should be as important a component of company strategy as is the marketing, product, sales, engineering strategy. The question in the mind of most first time entrepreneurs is "should you even build to exit?", which is a fair question to ask.

Not all entrepreneurs think of exits the same way. Sometimes positioning and the way you build a company, the composition of team will open up avenues for exit and to execute at a very large scale. It could be the nature of product and business itself. But, how do you identify that?

Prashanth Ranganathan says this LinkedIn profile about his time in Truvie Security: "That was a lot of fun. Now doing a lot of the same on a much bigger scale here at PayPal".

Like any aspect of business, opening up our thoughts is the key to understanding and make informed decisions as an entrepreneur. In this session we will be having a lively debate among entrepreneurs who have been there and done that. Join us for a lively debate on this topic.
